Morning Surf Scarf

Ok, here’s the deal. I just became a member of Ravelry - they have a waiting list miles long - and I saw a gorgeous version of this scarf listed among their members’ projects. It’s a beautiful wave and drop stitch design in rainbow dyed handspun yarn. It’s not worth posting a photo because non-members won’t have access to it, so I hope you’ll take my word for it that this scarf is stunning. I imagine a Noro yarn, or other handpainted variety in a DK weight would be just as nice. So, while the picture at left will give some idea of what the pattern looks like, the dull charcoal color doesn’t do it justice. When I get the right yarn and work up my own version, I’ll post a better photo.
